Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Management Trainee to kickstart your career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

The program offers exposure to multiple facets of our operations, including sales leadership and operational efficiency, plus access to executive leadership seminars and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
