Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career with hands-on rotations across departments. You’ll develop leadership skills while exploring Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management.

The program includes mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to executive seminars, and regional relocation opportunities. Candidates must have, or obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
