Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree must be completed within six months.
• Active driver's license required and DOT medical certification must be obtained prior to first day.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• Documentation regarding previous employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Pursue professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
