Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your professional career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service Management. You’ll learn from experienced managers and prepare for advancement within the company, including leadership seminars and departmental exposure.

The role requires pursuing or obtaining a Bachelor’s degree within six months, a valid driver’s license, and DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
