Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years old with DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments, learning from a leadership perspective.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
