Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service management. You’ll learn from experienced managers and prepare for leadership roles within the company.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree within six months and DOT driving eligibility (active license, 21+, medical certification).

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license; Be at least 21 years of age; Obtain a DOT medical certification; Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
