Cintas offers a Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your career with hands-on rotations across departments, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll learn from experienced managers and prepare for career growth within the company.

Ideal candidates will have or will obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months, and possess a valid driver’s license with DOT certification. Relocation is possible regionally for program completion.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
