You’ll work with experienced managers to build leadership skills and explore advancement opportunities within the company.

Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor's degree within six months, a valid driver’s license, and DOT certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required prior to first day; able to meet DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
