You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities include rotating through departments, engaging in sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and analyzing sales data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or near completion within six months.
• Willingness to obtain DOT medical certification and meet driving requirements.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales and build customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Analyze sales data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate on projects with sales and operations leadership.
• Participate in executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.
