Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, International Studies, Political Science, or related discipline.
• Relevant internship/co-op or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work across the United States.

Responsabilités

• Rotation role and responsibilities will vary across policy, contract management, stakeholder relations, deal formation, government and commercial contracting, and negotiations.
• Stretch your capabilities with frontline, hands-on assignments.
• Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in the program to broaden exposure.
