Job summary

SwiftX is launching an Operations Leadership Program in Texas for driven graduates. This one-year trainee program provides hands-on rotations across warehouse operations, hub management, and transportation coordination, with mentorship from experienced leaders.

You will gain exposure to data analysis and cross-functional projects to prepare for leadership roles. Participants complete four phases, culminating in a final placement in a leadership-track position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant majors preferred.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Prior supply chain/logistics related study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotating phases across warehouse, hub, and operations.
• Lead assigned operational initiatives and projects.
• Support KPI achievement and daily operations management.
• Translate data analysis into process improvements.
