Sepire in Burr Ridge, Illinois is seeking recent graduates for its Leadership Development Program (LDP). This is a fast‑paced, cross‑functional start where you will rotate through Technology, Sales, Client Services, and Operations, tackling real projects from day one.

You will learn how strategy, technology and client service connect, work on meaningful initiatives, and shape your early career with mentorship from senior leaders in a collaborative, results‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (recent graduates and May/December completers welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
• Genuine interest in business, technology, or client-facing work.
• A work ethic that does not require a lot of hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside leaders in Technology, Sales, Client Services, and Operations to understand the business from every angle.
• Take on projects tied to immediate business needs, often playing a pivotal support role in initiatives that have direct impact.
• Learn how Sepire’s technology platform, CompliChain, works and how it creates value for clients in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, and insurance.
• Develop your understanding of how enterprise clients are won, served, and retained.
• Contribute to the company’s growth in a hands-on way, not from the sidelines.
• Identify where your skills and interests align best, so that your long-term career path reflects both what you are good at and what you genuinely enjoy.
