Job summary

RBI's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year rotation program designed to fast-track high-potential graduates. You'll participate in onboarding covering RBI culture, brands, strategic plans, and skills development, and complete two one-year rotations in different departments.

You'll gain exposure to marketing, operations, digital and loyalty, finance, development and franchising, supply chain and procurement, people, corporate communications, and global business services.

Qualifications

• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Open to any major, including Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, STEM.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; natural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and orientation covering RBI culture, brands, strategic plans, and skills development
• Complete restaurant experience weeks to learn restaurant operations, menu preparation, shift management, team support, and guest experience
• Complete two one-year rotations in different departments
• Gain exposure to marketing, operations, digital and loyalty, finance, development and franchising, supply chain and procurement, people, corporate communications, and global business services
• Take on meaningful work and responsibility while accessing senior leaders across RBI's global brands
• Complete ongoing training in problem solving, analytics, communication, and leadership
• Receive mentorship and career coaching
• Shape a career at RBI after completing the two-year Leadership Development Program
