Job summary

Albemarle Corporation's LAUNCH program offers a two-year rotation for recent graduates to accelerate professional growth and build broad enterprise experience. You'll work on transformation initiatives across multiple pillars, collaborating with leaders, and applying the LAUNCH toolkit to develop leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights, recommendations, and visualizations.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies preferred.
• Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience preferred.

• Collaborate across functions to solve complex challenges and advance strategic priorities.
• Analyze data and insights to inform decisions, recommendations, and execution plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify work, and drive innovation.
• Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Develop and apply the LAUNCH Leadership Toolkit, including Systems Thinking, Change Leadership, Prioritization & Tradeoffs, Talent Acceleration, Transformation Mindset, and Human-Agent Workforce capabilities.
