• Bachelor's degree required and strong academic performance.
• Demonstrated leadership during or after college in roles such as RA, club officer, student government or team captain.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through key functions across cities and manage daily operations.
• Lead sales, guest experience, account management and external outreach.
• Own a market's P&L and drive financial performance.
• Relocate every three months during the program and advance to GM.
