Job summary

Gemini, Inc. invites graduates to join a structured 3-year leadership program designed to develop future leaders who understand the front end of business, build commercial instincts, and solve real problems.

You’ll rotate through customer-facing roles, inside sales, product management, and strategic operations with Day 1 training and mentoring. The program includes multi-phase rotations (≈9–12 months each) and opportunities in Inside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and leadership projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (strong academic performance).
• 0–3 years of experience; internships or co-ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus.
• Technical aptitude: ability to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges.
• Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with customers and teams.
• Problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and determined to find solutions.
• Leadership potential: self-starter who sets and meets goals; history of leading projects or teams (student orgs, clubs, etc.) is highly valued.
• Highly driven and collaborative: you thrive in a team environment and pursue goals with energy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Answer product questions, process orders, resolve issues, and learn the technical side of our signage products.
• Build a customer-centric mindset and start contributing to sales through proactive solutions.
• Develop deeper business acumen through rotations that strengthen understanding of how Gemini brings products to market and supports customers.
• Participate in rotations in Inside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and cross-functional projects.
• Phase 3 leadership/strategic assignment to deepen experience and possibly lead projects or support product launches.
