Working closely with Regional Directors, you will provide hands‑on operational support across multiple facilities while developing the capabilities needed for future advancement into a Regional Director role. Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing/operations leadership experience in a high‑volume setting.
• Proven track record with Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis and standard work.
• Ability to coach and influence plant teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Directors to improve operational performance across multiple facilities.
• Coach field teams on workflow, pacing, labor utilization, and standard work.
• Apply Lean sequencing, 5S, visual management, and error proofing to off‑site operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive root cause analysis to improve line velocity and throughput.
• Strengthen in‑process quality controls and defect containment.
• Coach plant leaders on labor management and daily production execution.
• Engage in real‑time problem solving and high‑impact improvements rather than admin audits.
• Progress from supporting projects to leading plant turnarounds and regional rollouts.
