Job summary

L3Harris Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a selective, early-career rotational program designed to introduce participants to multiple experiences within the Contracts function. The program provides training, exposure to mentors and leadership, and relocation across sites in the U.S.

Participants will gain knowledge in proposal processes, contract administration, and risk management while collaborating with Finance, Programs, Engineering, and Sales to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in business related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel and relocate.
• Familiarity with U.S. government agencies is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal, administration, and contract management for complex programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Programs, Engineering, and Sales on new and continuing programs.
• Analyze and mitigate business and contractual risk.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts with terms and prices.
