Job summary

RTX Corporation in Arlington, VA is recruiting for the summer HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) internship. You will work on challenging assignments across HR partners, Global People Services, and Communities of Expertise, gaining frontline, hands-on experience.

Open to MBA/MS students with strong leadership, collaboration, and analytic skills; relocation to RTX cities/states is required. Hybrid work arrangement is offered to fit program needs.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States.
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Internship roles & responsibilities will vary and align with one or more of the following: HR Partners, Global People Services, and Communities of Expertise.
• Stretch capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments.
• Relocate to RTX cities/state.
