Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across EMAM Division functions to develop understanding of products, customers, processes and performance drivers.
• Support department-specific projects, reporting, analysis, and improvement activities during each rotation.
• Develop working knowledge of EMAM’s financial, commercial, operational, supply chain, engineering, quality, Lean, and distribution processes.
• Partner with functional leaders to support daily management activities, business reviews, project execution, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver rotation summaries and project results to EMAM leadership.
