Job summary

Mercy invites recent graduates to join the Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) as associates. This full‑time, salaried program offers hands‑on experiences across multiple hospital functions to cultivate emerging leaders who align with Mercy’s mission and values.

You’ll rotate through Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, HR, Marketing, Missions and more, gaining exposure to data, AI, and enterprise initiatives while growing leadership skills within a mission‑driven system.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission‑driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team‑based projects is a plus.
• Required Education: A recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program
• Other: A passion for service, curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare, and a commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands‑on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercy’s healthcare system. As an RLA Associate, you’ll explore a variety of departments and functions, gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics and Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more. This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.
