Mercy seeks a driven recent graduate for its Rotational Leadership Academy. You will rotate through departments such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics, HR, Marketing, Missions, and Enterprise Data, gaining hands-on leadership experience.

This full-time, salaried program offers exposure to healthcare operations and a chance to grow within a mission-driven organization from day one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong problem solving abilities.
• Experience in leadership roles, internships, or team projects is a plus.
• A recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a rotational program across departments to gain broad exposure.
• Contribute to Operations Excellence, HR, Marketing, and other areas as assigned.

Rotational Leadership Academy

Overview:

This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands‑on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercy’s healthcare system. As an RLA Associate, you’ll explore a variety of departments and functions, gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics and Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more. This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team‑based projects is a plus.
• Required Education: A recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program
• Other: A passion for service, curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare, and a commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.
