You’ll rotate through Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, HR, Marketing, Missions and more, gaining exposure to data, AI, and enterprise initiatives while growing leadership skills within a mission‑driven system.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission‑driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team‑based projects is a plus.
• Required Education: A recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program
• Other: A passion for service, curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare, and a commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• As an RLA Associate, you’ll explore a variety of departments and functions across Mercy’s healthcare system.
• Participate in immersive rotations across Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics, Human Resources, Marketing, Missions, and more.
