Mercy is seeking a Rotational Leadership Academy Associate for a full-time, salaried program with benefits starting on day one. You’ll explore departments across Mercy’s healthcare system, gaining exposure to Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics, Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, and Artificial Intelligence.

This immersive experience builds leadership foundations while aligning your talents with Mercy’s mission and values.

Rotational Leadership Academy

Overview:

This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercy’s healthcare system. As an RLA Associate, you’ll explore a variety of departments and functions, gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics and Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more. This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team-based projects is a plus.
• Required Education: A recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program
• Other: A passion for service, curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare, and a commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.
