Job summary

The GMO Investment Research Associate Program in Boston offers a three-year rotational experience across multiple investment teams, exposing you to both quantitative and fundamental approaches across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and asset allocation.

You will work with experienced researchers, portfolio managers, and traders, completing analytical projects and contributing to investment research and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree by June 2027 in a quantitative/analytical field
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Financial Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related
• Demonstrated interest in investing through coursework or internships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Programming in Python or MATLAB; SQL a plus
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompt engineering
• Genuine passion for investing and a strong desire to analyze opportunities
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute a differentiated perspective
• Less than two years of relevant experience in the investment industry
