Job summary

Manulife Financial invites applications for the GRO Investment Management Program in Boston. This two-year rotational program develops high-potential graduates into future leaders through three 8-month rotations across private markets and other asset classes.

You will gain exposure to Real Estate Asset Management, Infrastructure Equity, and Private Markets Product Development, with structured learning, mentorship, and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Expected to graduate in 2027 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
• Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
• Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and front office exposure
• Work with a variety of RotationManagers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
• Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm
