Responsibilities

• Master core manufacturing accounting and finance principles during the initial year at a PCC facility.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and contribute to improvements in manufacturing operations.
• Participate in capital acquisitions, budgeting, and comprehensive financial planning in year two.
• Support Internal Audit/SOX compliance and assist with system implementations at a different PCC location.
• Gain visibility across plant, division, and corporate levels through mentorship and assignments.
