Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) invites seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates to join the Airframe HR Rotational Program. This two-year program provides hands-on HR experience across multiple PCC plants.

Over two rotations, you will develop expertise in employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, culture and talent recruitment, with relocations within the US. Relocation is required and supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or HR related field from an accredited university.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Club, organizations, or activity involvement.
• Intern or co-op experience preferred.
• Must be a US Person*
• Must be open to relocation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
• Relocation Assistance.

Responsibilities

• Immersion into a full-time HR role focused on learning and practicing the different concentrations of HR, such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, culture, and talent recruitment.
