Precision Castparts Corp. in the United States is seeking candidates for the Airframe HR Rotational Program commencing July 2027. The two-year program rotates through HR concentrations across PCC plants in the US, developing future HR leaders.

Graduates in Spring 2027 or earlier with a 2.75 GPA or higher, open to relocation, and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance and benefits are provided; US Persons preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field from an accredited university.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Club, organizations, or activity involvement.
• Intern or co-op experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be a US Person*
• Must be open to relocation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Immersion into a full-time HR role focused on learning and practicing the different concentrations of HR, such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, culture, and talent recruitment.
• Rotations will be conducted at multiple PCC plants in the US region; relocation within the United States is required.
