First year focuses on foundations in accounting and financial analysis; second year places you in a strategic role involving capital acquisitions, budgeting, internal audit/SOX, and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 12 accounting credits completed.
• Prior co-op or internship experience.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours as needed.
• Leadership in clubs or activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interest in management and leadership roles.
• Must be a U.S. Person and willing to relocate within U.S. locations.
