Open to seniors graduating Spring 2027 or recent graduates, you must be willing to relocate within the US, with start date July 12, 2027 and regional preference options. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, an extensive training library, and continuous opportunities for promotion across different PCC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management or related field.
• Prior co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Club or activity involvement with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotation to build operations leadership capabilities.
• Year Two places you in a more complex facility with broader scope and larger teams.
