Air Products offers a Career Development Rotational Program (CDP) for entry-level chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineers. It comprises three 12-month assignments across core engineering disciplines with field and HQ rotations. Graduates of Dec 2026 to Aug 2027 are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Campus leadership experience or demonstrated leadership.
• Relevant co-ops or internships are a plus.
• Strong academic performance; GPA minimum 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering.
• One assignment will be based in a field location and one at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA.
• Relocation assistance is provided.
