Air Products is launching a Corporate Finance CDP to develop finance professionals through three 12-month assignments at our Allentown headquarters. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive mentoring, and gain broad exposure to finance functions, decision support, audit, tax, treasury and planning.
Recent graduates or those graduating in 2026/2027 in Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong academics and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

You will have an opportunity to work with experienced Finance colleagues that will provide you with challenging work while mentoring and coaching you to learn and grow.
The Finance CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three, 12-month assignments.
Rotational positions are available in business-aligned areas, corporate decision support, internal audit, corporate tax, treasury/financial planning, and/or analysis. The goal of the CDP program is to develop the future leaders of the company by giving you the opportunity to develop and deepen your professional and technical skills, experiment with your career interests, and develop your potential. You will be given a broad perspective of our businesses and products, collaborating with the business and functional leaders, and will be encouraged to take the lead in planning and developing your career.
Rotational assignments are in-person, and located at our global company headquarters in Allentown, PA.
