Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Ph.D. Chemical Engineer for its PhD Career Development Program (CDP), a rotational program offering three 1-year assignments in R&D, Engineering, and/or Plant Operations. Participants will develop a broad internal network and access to top technical leaders as they launch their careers.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and are pursuing a Ph.D. with defense targeted by June 2027, and must be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• Ph.D. studies completed and defense by June 2027.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 1-year rotations in R&D, Engineering, and/or Plant Operations.
• Build an extensive internal network and access to technical leaders.
• Contribute to development of new processes, technologies and products.
