Job summary

The Rotational Engineering program at Ebara Elliott Energy introduces new engineers through three roughly seven-month assignments across our engines, process, and service areas. Most rotations are at Jeannette, PA, with one field or shop rotation (Houston area) and travel accommodations provided.

Final placements occur after program completion, aligned with interests and business needs across global sites. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Pursue a four-year engineering degree between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Mechanical engineering is preferred; other engineering disciplines will be considered.
• Willingness to travel for field and service shop assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational assignments of about seven months each.
• Gain exposure to engineering processes from application to manufacturing.
• Be paired with a Buddy and receive onboarding and mentoring.
• Travel during rotations, including field sites.
