Job summary

The Rotational Engineering program at Ebara Elliott Energy offers a two-year development track with three seven-month rotations across engineering paths including projects, applications, manufacturing, process innovation, and field service. Most assignments are at Jeannette, PA, with one field rotation in Houston, travel provided.

Final placement could be at Jeannette headquarters or other global operations based on strengths and business needs.

Qualifications

• On track to obtain a four-year engineering degree between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Preferred mechanical engineering; other engineering disciplines will be considered.
• Demonstrated strong academic performance across engineering disciplines.
• Willing to travel and spend up to seven months on field and service shop assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rotating assignments across engineering domains from design to manufacturing and service.
• Work with a Buddy to gain practical experience and professional development.
• Contribute to projects using standard engineering techniques and procedures.
