Howmet Aerospace Inc. offers an Engineer Training Program (ETP) that provides hands-on technical training and development for engineers through three six-month rotations across our Engines business unit. Participants will relocate across multiple facilities and prepare for a permanent position in their final rotation.

Candidates should be pursuing a BS in Engineering with an expected graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027, and have internship or co-op experience. U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Engineering with a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation date.
• Previous internship / co-op or work experience is required.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to export-controlled items; authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three rotations of six months each within Howmet Aerospace.
• Relocate during the 18-month program to multiple sites.
• Seek a permanent role in the final rotation (Process/Product/Manufacturing/Automation/Facilities).
• Develop core skills across casting, materials, thermal processing, analytics and automation.
