You will support process optimization, capital projects, and operational excellence across manufacturing and engineering functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data and develop engineering solutions.

Through diverse rotations, you will apply technical, project management, and problem-solving skills to improve process performance, reliability, and product quality, with mobility required

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Willingness to relocate to NA and/or internationally for 2-year program.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and methodological assistance to production/operations areas to increase productivity or reliability.
• Support evaluation of expansion concepts and capital projects.
• Provide technical support in basic and detail engineering, process development, and scale-up.
• Prepare basic engineering and design documentation for capital and customer projects.
• Develop project scopes and financial feasibility studies for approvals.
• Analyze, monitor and document data to improve processes and reliability.
