Job summary

Evonik Rotation Program offers early career engineers a two-year, cross-functional experience across manufacturing and engineering. You will gain exposure to process optimization, capital projects, and operational excellence while collaborating with diverse teams.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and are willing to relocate within North America or internationally for the two-year program, starting July 2027. Strong communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Dec 2026–Jun 2027).
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across production and engineering functions to improve productivity and reliability.
• Support concept evaluations for expansions and capital investment projects.
• Assist in basic engineering, process development, and scale-up of projects.
• Prepare engineering documentation and feasibility studies for project approvals.
• Collaborate with procurement, plant engineering, supply chain, EHSQ and HR on task execution.
