Job summary

Evonik invites graduates to join a two-year Rotational Program, supporting process optimization, capital projects, and operational excellence across manufacturing and engineering. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop engineering solutions, and improve process performance, with diverse assignments to broaden your technical and project-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering expected between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
  • Willingness to relocate within NA and/or internationally for 2-year program.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and regulatory awareness.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US without restriction or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and methodological assistance to production areas to increase productivity or reliability.
  • Support evaluation of capital investment projects and expansions.
  • Assist basic engineering, detail engineering and process development.
  • Prepare engineering and design documentation for capital projects and customer projects.
  • Analyze data to improve processes and reliability.
  • Collaborate with procurement, plant engineering, supply chain, EHSQ and HR.
