Evonik offers a two-year Rotational Program beginning in July 2027, located in the United States, with rotations across process optimization, capital projects, and operational excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering to be completed between December 2026 and June 2027
• Willing to relocate to NA and/or internationally for the 2-year program
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and methodological assistance to defined production and operations areas to increase productivity or reliability of processes and/or equipment
• Support evaluation of concepts for expansions including small and mid-sized Capital Investment Projects, quality increase, production availability and/or operations management
• Provide technical support in basic engineering, detail engineering, process development and scale-up of customer projects or production processes
• Support preparation of basic engineering and design documentation on capital projects and customer projects in compliance with standards
• Support preparation of project scope and financial feasibility studies to gain project approval
• Act in assigned roles within site assignments (process, project, maintenance & reliability engineering)
• Analyze, monitor and document data to improve processes and reliability or quality of processes and products
• Collaborate with procurement, plant engineering, supply chain, EHSQ and HR as well as controlling and regulatory teams
• Supports business processes by using standard office equipment and software, providing guidance to operators or staff
• Develop plans or actions to improve performance of processes, product or equipment
