Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking entry-level engineers for a two-year Rotational Engineering program. You will rotate through projects, applications, manufacturing operations, process improvement, and field service, with most assignments at the Jeannette, PA headquarters and one field rotation such as Houston, TX.

Relocation assistance is available and travel is required. Upon completion, placements are made in roles matching your interests across global operations.

Qualifications

• On track to obtain a 4-year engineering degree between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Preferred fields include mechanical engineering; other engineering disciplines will be considered.
• Willing to travel as needed and spend up to seven months on field and service shop assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations, each about seven months, covering multiple engineering paths.
• Learn about the organization, product lines, and engineering processes from design to manufacturing and service.
• Work with a Buddy and apply engineering theory, standard techniques, and procedures in real assignments.
