Job summary

Lanxess Corporation in Pittsburgh is launching a three-year Rotational Engineer Program with rotations through the Americas regional engineering center and multiple manufacturing plants in North America. Engineers will build a foundation in core engineering skills while delivering compliance and continuous improvement projects during rotations.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electrical Engineering with 0–3 years of engineering experience, internship/co-op preferred, and willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 0 - 3 years of engineering experience with intern/co-op preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Domestic travel and relocation over 2-3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during rotations.
• Gain hands-on experience through rotations at the Americas regional engineering center and manufacturing plants.
