Horizon Lane is seeking an associate engineer for our Early Career Rotational Development Program in the United States. The program provides hands-on experience across engineering and manufacturing, leadership exposure, and accelerated career growth with a Summer start.

Responsibilities include rotating through engineering functions, performing test and validation, R&D, and collaborating on meaningful projects from day one.

Qualifications

• GPA minimum 3.0 preferred.
• Internship, co-op, project, research or leadership experience.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months for rotations.
• Commitment to the two-year rotational program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Complete rotations across engineering functions and business units.
• Test & Validation Engineering responsibilities.
• Research & Development involvement.
• Design, develop, improve, and optimize products, systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Capstone project with presentation to senior leadership.
• Mentor-and-leader support throughout the program.
• Build cross-functional relationships across locations.
• Structured learning, development, and networking opportunities.
• Develop technical depth and business acumen.
• Gain exposure to Horizon Lane's products, customers, and operations.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams.
