Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required or equivalent work experience.
• GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong communication and respect for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to the work area to add value to the respective team.
• Act as Engineering liaison between customer teams and internal business units and manufacturing teams.
• Develop projects that meet specified customer requirements and expectations to win new business.
• Lead development projects by directing the Product Design & CAE staff in day-to-day efforts.
• Provide designs, background data, and all pertinent information to the CAE department for analysis.
• Incorporate design for manufacturing initiatives during product design.
