Job summary

Shape is seeking recent graduates to join a multi‑functional rotation program aimed at placing them in an engineering role across product development. The program teaches design, CAE, and manufacturing considerations while acting as the liaison for customer teams.

Participants contribute to design verification and program activities, with potential placement in an engineering location chosen with the hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) or equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced positions.
• GPA 3.0 or better where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Learn the work area and provide value to the respective team.
• Act as Engineering liaison between customer teams and internal manufacturing teams.
• Develop projects that meet customer requirements to win new business.
• Lead development projects with the Product Design & CAE staff in day-to-day efforts.
• Provide designs, background data, and relevant information to the CAE department for analysis.
• Oversee initial prototype builds at Shape facilities and support launches.
• Support APQP and VA/VE activities as part of program management.
