Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Willing to relocate to U.S. manufacturing plants, R&D locations, or corporate facilities.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: participate in rotational training across U.S. manufacturing locations with hands-on exposure to fiber cement and polymer processes.
• Year 2: move to an Operations role at North American locations to support plant operations and continuous improvement.
• Lead projects that impact manufacturing performance and reliability.
