Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. seeks a driven engineering graduate for its Engineer Development Program (EDP). You will rotate through manufacturing locations, gaining hands‑on experience in fiber cement and polymer composite processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field as listed.
• Demonstrated work ethic, leadership potential, and initiative through past co‑op, internship, campus involvement, or related experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training at one of James Hardie’s U.S. manufacturing locations, gaining hands‑on learning across fiber cement and polymer composite processes.
• Apply knowledge to projects that support manufacturing process design, reliability, operations, optimization and continuous improvement.
• After the rotation, be assigned to a role supporting the Operations function at a North American James Hardie location.
