Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training at James Hardie U.S. manufacturing locations to gain hands-on experience in fiber cement and polymer composite processes.
• Apply knowledge to projects supporting manufacturing process design, reliability, operations, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• After the rotational year, transition to an Operations-related role at North American James Hardie locations, contributing to plant operations and program growth.
