Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paper Science, Polymer Science, Material Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated work ethic, leadership potential, and initiative through past co-op, internship, campus involvement, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training at U.S. manufacturing locations.
• Apply knowledge to projects supporting manufacturing process design, reliability, operations, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• After rotational program, work in Operations at a North American site.
